Resolve problem valves with Flow Boss™ Bleeder Cleaners, our patented valve cleaning tools available in three designs (Types 1, 2, and 3). These rod-out tools have varying pH temperature levels (up to 1000 degrees F/537 C) and pressure ratings (up to 3000 psi/210 BAR).
Sometimes referred to as angleworm bleeder cleaners, tap cleaners, or orifice tap cleaners, these rod-out tools can clean a clogged bleeder, drain, vent, and instrument tap valve during normal operations up to 1000 degrees F (537 degrees C) and 1000 psi (6894 kPa).
The Flow Boss™ Bleeder Cleaner fits female NPT process connections in sizes 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ MNPT, with drill diameters from 1/8″ to 5/8″ and lengths from 7” to 72”. Its components are made of 316 stainless steel and conform to industry standards like ANSI, ASME, and ASTM. It’s a bleeder cleaner emphasized for its efficiency, safety, and field-replaceable parts, making it our flagship solution for hazardous industrial cleaning tasks.
